This is a very easy magic trick for beginners. Excellent for Children's Entertainers, Clown Magic for tricks at a birthday party.

EFFECT: An ordinary gift bag contains four balls, each ball a different color. Four assistants each remove one ball from the bag, as the color of each ball is kept a secret from the magi. Three assistants replace their balls back into the bag, as the magi's eyes are closed from seeing which ball has not been returned. The magi will clairvoyantly determine what color the missing ball is. Balloons and other objects may also be substituted for the balls.

PRESENTATION: Want to play a guessing game? Well, this guessing game is gonna be easy , cuz you know why? I have X-RAY VISION! I'm going to need four helpers. (employ 4 helpers) Inside my bag is four balls. (show balls.) Tell each of the helpers to reach inside the bag and pick out a ball, except don't let me see your ball whatever you do! Now, tell one of the helpers to hang onto their ball as the other three redeposit their ball back into the bag as your eyes are tightly closed. Now, ask them if it is okay to open your eyes. Bring the bag up to your forehead as if to be concentrating and trying to see thru the bag. Passing the bag past your eyes. "I've got it!." Now reveal your prediction.

This gag is mainly for children but adults will have fun too and in the end will be left scratching their heads on how this is done. This trick definitely plays flat and plays big.

The bag stands 9" tall and is 7.5 wide. It is 4 " deep. It is a gift bag in every sense of the word. The background color is red. It says "Happy Birthday" vibrantly across the top.
